A bit of night listening on the hotel balcony. Observed an Azores Noctule foraging over the lawn. Music bumping from the festival just across the bay

Others heard out over the bay in the darkness and heading inland at intervals. Also saw one flying by at fairly close range, silhouetted against the backdrop of illuminated clouds over the town |
