First thoughts were of an Acro/Hippolais species, a clear long orange bill, extremely pale tone, non-distinct features including pale lores and small supercilium. Upon returning later and looking again, photos were obtained and this species confirmed after discussing with others - most important features included bill, colour, facial pattern, tail and overall gizz.
